The sacred scriptures, the WORD of God, the textbook to life; the Holy Bible seems so intangible when thought of in such ways. If you think of it as God's loving reminders on how to live victoriously, complete with promises from the heart of a Father to his children, then it's not so scary anymore is it? Let there be light in the VICTORIOUS name of Jesus in your spirit, mind, and heart as you read this. Bible study is active and the WORD of God is alive. What one person takes from a verse someone else can take something completely different; and by the power of the Holy Spirit within both of those individuals both perceptions can be right at the same time! How is this possible you ask? Well in the Bible Jesus says that "It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. " (John 6:63). Since our Father God is ALIVE, and the WORD is from God, then the WORD is also ALIVE in the same way our Father in Heaven is (The WORD of God is also referred to as God's law just in case you did not know ^_^). Bible study will take place in the Discussion section, as no one Spirit filled interpretation of the WORD is the only interpretation. Every week you will read in the scriptures and then as a class we will discuss it. That is all there it so it! Like God's grace for we His children, this class is easy to accept should you participate. See you on the boards!
